Dr Louise De Lange believes in natural beauty and aims to provide a natural, non-operated result in everything she does.

Her approach to aesthetics stem from her passion for both science and art. It’s also the reason why she decided to specialize in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery during her first year of medical school.

After completing her medical degree at the University of Stellenbosch, she completed five years of general surgery training in the Western Cape. This was followed by an additional five years of Plastic and Reconstructive surgery specialization under the mentorship of Dr Alexander Zühlke, at the University of Stellenbosch in Cape Town.

Because of her special interest in facial plastic surgery, she applied and was selected for a post-specialization fellowship. She completed a 15-month EAFPS (European Academy of Facial Plastic Surgery) accredited fellowship in Regensburg, Germany. During this time, she was trained by the world-renowned Facial Plastic Surgeon, Professor Holger Gassner -the current president of the EBCFPRS.

Her training focused on:

• The minimally invasive endonasal rhinoplasty technique
• The deep plane facelift technique
• Otoplasty
• Correction of the cleft nasal deformity
• All other aesthetic and reconstructive facial procedures
